        From November 29 to December 4, 2024, Guangzhou Zhanfeng Smart Card Technology Co., Ltd. commissioned Guangdong KEYS Testing Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct FCC certification testing on the product model RFID CARD. The testing was based on the standards of FCC Part 15, Subpart B Class B and ANSI C63.4:2014, and was carried out under the test conditions of DC 5V, 13.56mHz, and 0.15W, covering conducted emission and radiated emission measurements. Ultimately, the radiated emission test result was PASS, while the conducted emission result was N/A (compliant with limit requirements). The report number is KEYS241128011001FC-02, and the report is only responsible for the submitted sample; partial reproduction or use as advertising is not permitted without authorization.

        From November 28 to 30, 2024, GUANGZHOU ZHANFENG SMART CARD TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. commissioned Oct Technology Testing Co., Ltd. to conduct a RoHS test on its RFID CARD (Model: RFID CARD, Trademark: LZF CARD). The test was carried out in accordance with the IEC 62321 series standards and Directive 2011/65/EU, covering items such as lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), mercury (Hg), chromium (VI) [Cr(VI)], polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs), polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), and phthalates (DBP, BBP, DEHP, DIBP). The final test conclusion was that the product complies with the requirements of the aforementioned standards. The report, numbered OCT20241130103R, was issued on November 30, 2024, and it clearly specifies that the report shall only be valid with the testing laboratory's seal and signatures of relevant personnel, while the client shall file any objection within 15 days of receiving the report.

        SGS-CSTC Standards Technical Services Co., Ltd. Guangzhou Branch issued a compliance verification report numbered GZEM1911016934CRV on December 5, 2019. The verification target is the IC card (model: 0.86mm85.5mm54mm) produced by Guangzhou Zhanfeng Smart Card Technology Co., Ltd. After testing, the product complies with four testing standards including EN 301 489-1 V2.1.1 and EN 301 489-3 V2.1.1, as well as the essential requirements of Article 3.1 (a) (health protection), 3.1 (b) (adequate electromagnetic compatibility) and 3.2 (effective use of the spectrum) specified in Directive 2014/53/EU.        This document consists of a test report issued by UL VS Shanghai Limited Shenzhen Branch and a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for Soft Polyvinyl Chloride (Soft PVC) from Guangzhou Zhanfeng Smart Card Technology Co., Ltd. The test report covers five samples (including black coatings, grey coatings, white plastic with transparent film, etc.) and conducts chemical tests on substances such as lead, cadmium, bisphenol A, tin, organotin compounds, and phthalates in paints/surface coatings and substrates, in accordance with standards like the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 Section 101, Annex XVII of EU Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH), and client specifications. All test items are rated "PASS"—notably, the total tin content in substrates is 620.5 mg/kg, below the 1000 mg/kg screening limit, and no organotin compounds or phthalates exceed the respective limits. The MSDS states that Soft PVC contains no hazardous components, posing low risks in terms of physical, combustion, reactivity, and health hazards, with specific requirements for storage (50-70°F, cool and dry) and disposal. Additionally, the test report emphasizes it is only valid for the tested samples, exclusively for the client's use, and cannot be reproduced without UL's written approval; it also clarifies that UL is not liable for indirect damages, nor does it exempt suppliers from contractual responsibilities

        On November 21, 2019, UL VS Shanghai Limited Shenzhen Branch issued a UL test report for 4 pieces of PVC Cards with printing (Report No.: C81281938; UL Order No.: 13133222) provided by Guangzhou Zhanfeng Smart Card Technology Co., Ltd. The testing period was from November 12 to 21, 2019, with samples received on November 12, 2019, and the country of origin being China, applicable to the adult age grade. The tests covered items including total lead content in paints and surface coatings, total lead content in substrates, total cadmium content in paints and surface coatings, total tin content in substrates, total bisphenol A content, total phthalates content, and total cadmium content in substrates, in accordance with standards such as Section 101 of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008, Points 23, 51, and 52 of Annex XVII to Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH) of the European Union, and client specifications. All items passed the tests (the total tin content in substrates was 620.5 mg/kg, which met the client-specified upper limit of 1000 mg/kg, and the content of organotin compounds was below the reporting limit). The report is for the exclusive use of the client and has no social certification effect; it shall not be reproduced (except in full version) without the written approval of UL. Meanwhile, the terms regarding liability limitation, confidentiality, and sample handling between UL and the client are clearly specified.
